琉球遊学団出発

皆さん、おはようございます。今朝早く起きて、新店大坪林にある大有バス亭で、台北市立図書館景新分館の琉球遊学団の六人と一緒に、桃園空港へゆき五時出発のバスに乗って、チャイナエアラインの飛行機で那覇へ飛んでゆきます。これから、毎年台湾と日本の間の島々のめぐる旅をするつもりです。

この二三日に、沖縄の友達にもらった三板をひっしに練習して、指先を器用させる功能があると思います。沖縄へ行ったら、さんしんにあわせて、沖縄民謡を歌いたいです。

今週選ばれる書き写した京都新聞の凡語は『障碍者』です。暮らしづらく、社会から障害を被っている人と見れば、確かに「障害者」かもしれない。でも記事を執筆時、傷つけ、災いするとの意味がある「害」の表記にためらう。姑息（こそく）ながら「障がい者」と平仮名にして、ささやかな抵抗を試みてきた。兵庫県宝塚市は４月から障がい者政策などに関する公文書で「障害」に代えて「障碍（しょうがい）」を使うそうだ。湖南市など「障がい者」と表記する自治体は増えているが、常用漢字表にない「碍」を公的に使う自治体は全国初という。

見慣れないものの「礙（がい）」の俗字で、人が石により遮られ立ち尽くす形だ（白川静著「字統」）。戦後、常用漢字に採用されず、同音の「害」を当て「障害者」と表記してきた。法律や公文書に使う文字は常用漢字表に基づく。新聞記事も同じ。「碍」の漢字表への追加要望は強かったが、２０１０年の漢字表改定時は見送られた。だが衆参両院が昨年、「碍」の追加検討を委員会決議して動きだした。

宝塚市の英断は一歩前進に違いない。でも「障碍者」を取り巻く環境がたった１文字を書き換えるだけで改善されるわけではない。来年夏には東京五輪と併せ、パラリンピックが開かれる。さまざまな困難を乗り越え、世界各国のアスリートたちがやって来る。「障碍者」施策の本気度も試される。[京都新聞　2019年02月15日掲載]

台湾では、身心障礙者と呼んでいます。碍と言う漢字もあります。礙と碍は、意味が同じですが、碍は礙の簡体です。障礙者を障碍者に変えると、書きやすくなります。

今週皆さんと一緒にお読みしたいNHKやさしいニュースは２月１４日１６時２０分『辺野古の工事に賛成か反対か沖縄県の人たちが２４日に投票』というニュースです。日本の政府は、沖縄県宜野湾市にあるアメリカ軍の普天間基地を名護市辺野古に移すため、辺野古の海を埋める 工事をしています。しかし、沖縄県は工事に反対しています。

沖縄県は１４日、工事に賛成か反対か、沖縄県の人たちの意見を聞く投票を２４日に行うと発表しました。投票する人は「賛成」「反対」「どちらでもない」の３つの意見の中から１つ選びます。投票でいちばん多かった意見が有権者の２５％以上だった場合、知事がその意見を日本の総理大臣とアメリカの大統領に伝えることになっています。

今回沖縄の県民投票の２４日には、私たちはちょうど沖縄にいます。沖縄のテレビを見ながら、近所の人々を話し合いたいです。そして、投票の結果をお楽しみにしております。沖縄人の考え方をよりいっそう知るでしょう。

日曜日の午後、円熟な４０代男たちによるゴツプロの第四回公演『阿波の音』を台北華山1914文創園区烏梅劇院で観ました。素晴らしかったと思います。そして、夜のコンサートにも出席しました。充実一日でした。

ゴツプロの第三回公演『三の糸』で初めて烏梅劇院にて台北公演を行い、今回が二度目の海外公演となる。そして、劇中に登場する阿波踊りに阿波踊り連の協力が決定。『三の糸』台北公演をきっかけに、「台湾の若手スタッフが日本で学び演劇を長く続けられる環境を作りたい」との台湾側の意向を受けて実現。

一月の『阿波の音』東京・大阪公演に台湾の技術スタッフが参加するほか、本公演の題材である阿波踊りや、演劇のワークショップを台北公演にて行う予定。今後、台湾の劇場経営スタッフや舞台技術スタッフを本多劇場グループで受け入れるインターンシップや、台湾の劇団の日本公演、日本の劇団の台湾公演をそれぞれサポートするなど、積極的に交流を行う。

『阿波の音』あらすじ：主人公の横山武一は現在３６歳。徳島県出身。現在は木場で川並として働いている。終戦を迎え、命からがら徳島に帰るものの、待っていたのは、唯一の肉親である母の死の知らせであった。武一の母は１９４５年７月４日の徳島大空襲で亡くなっていたのだ。母の君江は阿波踊りの名手。かつて村中の人気者であった母も、武一を育てるために売春婦に身を落とし、狭い村社会で親子は差別を受ける。田舎に見切りをつけ、あてもなく東京へ出てきた武一。ある日、愚連隊に追われていたところを吉岩伝五郎という男に助けられる。その伝五郎の勧めで武一は木場で働くことになる。伝五郎は木場の親方。材木商を営んでいたのだ。そして、木場で偶然、阿波出身の男たちに出会う。木場の男たちが立ち上がる。生きていくために、未来に繋げるために、太陽に向かって踊りだす。阿波踊りに全てを託し。

Scriptwriting Endeavor

Good Morning, what a lovely Monday morning! A blog in English on Mondays serves me well to spend the previous weekend in an English mindset to receive information from all over the world! As I’m now packing for my 9 days journey to Okinawa from Wednesday (2/20) till Thursday next (2/28), I shall miss the blog next Monday as I’ll be strolling on the beach, attending concerts, savoring Okinawan food, drinking Orion in Kunigami Village in northern Okinawa!

The Spring Concert 2019 at Taipei City Library-Jin Xing Branch was a success. We drew a crowd of 30+ people young and old, including all performers. After 8 weeks vocalization lessons and golden angels singing-bonding thing, I learned from the Korean voice coach all the singing skills, but most of all, is to sing with your heart, Canta con el Corazón!

During the last weekend, I gobbled six films borrowed from Taipei City Library, A Heartbeat Away, Happy Feet 2, Cuban Fury, Attabu 1 & 2, August: Osage County!

A Heartbeat Away is a 2011 Australian musical comedy film about a marching band in a small town called Montague. The film was a box office disappointment, widely considered a commercial and critical flop. During its opening weekend it took $44,204 across 77 screens, giving it a screen average of just $574. But, I was fond of the entertaining film full of imagination and surprises with a touch upon family and community values. I picked up a couple English words and many brass band jargons! I understood getting old is not getting worse, but better!

Cuban Fury is a smart and funny comedy starring Nick Frost as an introverted guy who takes up salsa dancing to woo his co-worker, Rashida Jones. Along the way he has to battle an office rival for her affections, played by a particularly dickish Chris O’Dowd. A movie about Salsa, is my kind of movie, I picked up a few salsa movements from the movie. Salsa is like something from another planet, the music, the passion, the rhythm. Once you put those shoes on, you never want to take them off. It was like people had fire in their heels (feet of flames). So, I decide to acquire the basic Spanish language, before I venture to Havana, Cuba to learn Salsa!

Happy Feet 2, the sequel to the 2006 film Happy Feet, is my kind of movie! Being a dancer I myself, love movies of rhythm and melody, seeing emperor penguins with big feet tapping on the iceberg. In the movie, Erik, the son of Mumble and Gloria, must stop the Apocalypse from bringing over Antarctica. I like the cross-culture communication between emperor penguins and Adelie penguins using English and Spanish. I picked up a few useful words and phrases in English and Spanish, and a few Antarctic crustaceans, krill, plankton munchers! Humans or other animals, we all need friend to be in a big ecological system in peace!

Attabu 1 & 2, two-part documentary film series about the rise and fall of the Wufeng Lin family. Attabu refers to the original name of the Wufeng area under the language of the Taiwanese Plains Aborigines. I shall watch them again for a couple of times, as the films have both English and Japanese subtitles! I can study two languages as well! The first film depicts the Lins sailing from China to Taiwan in 1746 where they would become one of the most powerful clans in Taiwan due to services for the Qing dynasty (1644-1912).

Part II continues the story from the First Sino-Japanese War in 1895, when Taiwan officially became a Japanese colony. Under Japanese rule, the Lin's influence waned as the clan members came to support different political ideologies. After Japan's defeat in World War II and Kuomintang's retreat due to the Chinese Civil War, some clan members were then persecuted as traitors or communist sympathizers by the Republic of China administration during the period of White Terror. The story continues, the offspring of the Lins are now all over the world!

I enjoyed watching 『August: Osage County』directed by John Wells, with a super strong cast of Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts. I started watching it with the English subtitle on for one hour Tuesday evening, then I continue watching it with Chinese subtitle the following morning. After watching the interview, I knew the movie was originally a successful play by Tracy Letts! So I made up my mind to rewind the film, and see it again from the beginning, and study the screen play word by word, to study English, and to know the history of the plains in Oklahoma, that is southern, eastern, and western all at once. The 19 minutes funeral dinner (48:30~68:20), just what a theme, simply amazing!

民國一○八年台韓友誼新春音樂會

大家早，春節連休後的第一個星期過得如何？其實這星期應該還在過年期間，下星期二上元後，春節才真正結束，得好好收心，開始日常了！這個星期的話題當然是台北書展，今年的主題館是德國故事館，第一次在台北看到一大票德國人，書展到處都有人在講德語，以前學過三年的德文，現在己剩下Gesundheit（保佑你）一句話而己！去台北書展感受一下前進德國的氛圍，在此強力推薦！

明天就要到了週末！選擇星期五發表國語文章的好處，就是能讓自己對週末假期充滿期待！的確明天（二月十六日）下午三點到四點在台北市立圖書館景新分館一樓大廰有場台韓友誼新春音樂會，除了表演中英韓義大利語歌曲（禁不住愛上妳（英語）、奇異恩典（國語、英語）、甜蜜蜜（國語）、時機稍縱即逝（英語）、我的太陽（義大利語）、阿里郎（韓語）、家庭相片（韓語）、我愛你（韓語））外，同時間還有麥田關懷協會贊助手作六角燈籠活動，歡迎大家一起同樂慶元宵！

台韓友誼新春音樂會是一種新的嘗試，利用公共圖書館一樓大廳舉辦假日音樂會及免費手工勞作課，讓社區的父老兄弟們齊聚一堂，互道家常，誰都說「遠親不如近鄰」，在最需要幫助的時候，往往是鄰居的一雙溫暖的手，幫我們即時解危！看著長大的鄰居的小孩在餐廳打工，用餐時還可享受親屬價！

昨天（二月十四日）下午到文山區婦女中心上了第七堂韓國傳教士的發聲課！因為星期六的音樂會，星期一下午加了一堂課（第六堂韓國傳教士的發聲課），前一小時老師幫每位同學個別指導，點出每位同學的長處及需要加強練習的部分，後一小時敲定音樂會演出的型式及彩排順序。

第七堂發聲課也是最後一堂理論課，除了重覆之前所學，善用橫隔膜、氣、心的力道，高音低唱法，前額共鳴、飽滿吸氣（如同吸花香），溫柔吐氣，這堂課老師強調舌頭要完全放鬆。課堂中老師分析韓國各地區居民的發聲方式，首都圈的人用兩頰發音，光州的人用嘴吼！難怪光州出身的老師，學起南歐人說話，即刻上手。七堂發聲課，韓國傳教士示範各部位的發聲表現，確實鍛鍊也提昇了同學的聽力，個人收穫良多，都可以寫一篇韓國語聲學的博士論文了！

ぺーちん音遊びしんか

昨天我暫停了圖書館的線上借書，因為接下去的二個星期要到沖繩渡假，還有至少二場音樂會（大兼久公民館的新春音樂會、大宜味村喜如嘉的晚宴）將與陪琴音遊進化樂團（ぺーちん音遊びしんか）（橫笛：田仲仁；節奏：伊東範雄；吉他：新正裕、与儀幸也）共同演出，及一籮筐琉球及台灣歌曲。

芭蕉布、エンドウの花、花、酒は涙か溜息か、帰り船、影を慕いて、月がとっても青いから、悲しい酒、湯の町エレジー、人生の並木道、台湾楽しいや、何日君再来、ティンサグヌ花、童神、安里屋ユンタ、ふるさと、夜霧のしのびあい、ベサメムーチョ、ウナセラディ東京、青い山脈、千の風になって、いつも何度でも，要全會，不可能，至少先上網聽聽，到時就能更享受現場的氣氛了！國頭村遊學之旅鐵定是人生難忘之旅！

いたわり

皆さん、おはようございます。来週の今には、チャイナエアラインの飛行機に乗って、台湾から沖縄本島へ飛んでいるところだと思います。今年から、台湾と日本の間の島々をめぐる旅が始まります。チャイナエアラインのパイロットの労働組合と会社側は、深夜勤務の手当などを巡って、交渉が一日もはやく解決できるよう心から祈っております。台湾春節連休の二月八日から、パイロットのストライキで欠航続出、今まで何便を運休にして、残念ながら、影響が出る乗客は一万人にも及びました。

今週選ばれる書き写した京都新聞の凡語は『「平成最後」の菜の花忌』です。スナック菓子まで登場した。賞味期限は４月３０日。これも「平成最後」モノだ。成人式や節分、センバツ…。改元を控え、行事やイベントに「平成最後」の冠がつく。時代の変わり目は分かるが、食傷気味の方もおられよう。

元号は中国発祥で始まりは紀元前１４０年、漢の武帝が定めた「建元」という。日本では飛鳥時代の「大化」以来１３００年以上使われ、新元号は２４８番目にあたる。グローバル化で西暦の勢いが増す中、元号の持ち味を保てるか。その西暦は今年２０１９年、「２１世紀生まれ」が１８歳になる。思い出すのは、司馬遼太郎さんの名エッセー「二十一世紀に生きる君たちへ」である。小学校国語の教科書に書いた短文で、何度も練られた。

司馬さんは未来への心構えを伝え、希望を導こうとする。「自然物としての人間は、決して孤立して生きられるようにはつくられていない」。いたわり、他人の痛みを感じること、やさしさ。この三つを訓練して身につけ「生かされている」自己をつくる大切さを説く。司馬さんの「遺言」は、大人が読み返しても胸をつく。今も、いたらない自分に気づかせてくれる。時の区切りを感じながら、そのつど省みる。変わり目を成長の機会にするのもいいかもしれない。明日は司馬さんの命日、菜の花忌。[京都新聞　2019年02月11日掲載]

「平成最後」の春節連休に、日本語読書会の仲間を招いて、新春パーティを開きました。六人の集まりに、平成生まれの新婚夫婦二人は、未来へちょっと不安を持っていますが、我々昭和生まれの四人は、皆六十歳を越えて、未来って、平気だって、そして、六人は今年四月一日発表される日本新元号について、一人当たり百台湾元，M女『安、明』，L1男『永、円』，K1女『仲、文』，K2女『仁、山』，T女『徳、光』，L2女『立、名』に賭けました。結果はどうなるでしょうか。お楽しみに！

今週皆さんと一緒にお読みしたいNHKやさしいニュースは２月６日１７時１５分『「アフリカ豚コレラ」が中国から入らないように空港で検査』というニュースです。中国では、豚の病気の「アフリカ豚コレラ」がとても多くなっています。人には移りませんが、この病気になった豚はほとんどが死にます。

２月４日から中国の春節の休みが始まって、日本へ旅行に来る中国人が増えています。農林水産省は「アフリカ豚コレラ」が移った豚肉が日本に入らないように、空港で検査する人を２月の終わりまで多くしています。北海道の新千歳空港には５日、中国の上海や北京からの飛行機で大勢の中国人が来ました。自分の荷物を取る場所では、肉で作った食べ物がかばんに入っていないかどうか、犬がにおいをチェックしていました。農林水産省の人は「病気のウイルスが日本に入ったら、豚を育てている農家に大きな被害が出るかもしれません。豚肉などの輸出もできなくなります」と話しています。

イノシシ年なのに、いのししは災いに遭って、とても悲しいと思います。台湾の検疫は、中国からの飛行機で飛んで来た旅行者を厳しく検査をし続けます。豚肉で作った食べ物を見つけたら、二十万台湾元の罰金を払わないと入国できません。イノシシ年我が家のお正月の食卓には、豚足があって、来週沖縄へ行って、『てびち』という「でーじまーさん」豚足料理を満喫する予定です。

２１世紀に生きる君たちへ（司馬遼太郎）

私は、歴史小説を書いてきた。もともと歴史が好きなのである。
両親を愛するようにして、歴史を愛している。
歴史とはなんでしょう、と聞かれるとき、
「それは、大きな世界です。かって存在した何億という人生がそこにつめこまれている世界なのです。」と、答えることにしている。

私には、幸い、この世にたくさんのすばらしい友人がいる。
歴史のなかにもいる。そこには、この世では求めがたいほどにすばらしい人たちがいて、私の日常を、はげましたり、なぐさめたりしてくれているのである。
だから、私は少なくとも２千年以上の時間の中を、生きているようなものだと思っている。この楽しさは --- もし君たちさえそう望むなら --- おすそ分けしてあげたいほどである。
ただ、さびしく思うことがある。

私がもっていなくて、君たちだけが持っている大きなものがある。未来というものである。
私の人生は、すでに持ち時間が少ない。例えば、二十一世紀というものを見ることができないにちがいない。
君たちは、ちがう。
二十一世紀をたっぷり見ることができるばかりか、そのかがやかしいにない手でもある。
もし、「未来」という街角で、私が君たちを呼び止めることができたら、どんなにいいだろう。
「田中くん、ちょっとうかがいますが、あなたが今歩いている、二十一世紀とは、どんな世の中でしょう。」
そのように質問して、君たちに教えてもらいたいのだが、ただ残念にも、その「未来」という街角には、私はもういない。
だから、君たちと話ができるのは、今のうちだということである。

私は、人という文字を見るとき、しばしば感動する。ななめの画がたがいに支え合って、構成されているのである。
そのことでも分かるように、人間は、社会をつくって生きている。社会とは、支え合う仕組みということである。
原始時代の社会は小さかった。家族を中心とした社会だった。それがしだいに大きな社会になり、今は、国家と世界という社会をつくり、たがいに助け合いながら生きているのである。自然物としての人間は、決して孤立して生きられるようにはつくられていない。
このため、助け合う、ということが、人間にとって、大きな道徳になっている。
助け合うという気持ちや行動のもとは、いたわりという感情である。
他人の痛みを感じることと言ってもいい。
やさしさと言いかえてもいい。
「やさしさ」
「おもいやり」
「いたわり」
「他人の痛みを感じること」
みな似たような言葉である。
これらの言葉は、もともと一つの根から出ている。
根といっても、本能ではない。だから、私たちは訓練をしてそれを身につけねばならない。
その訓練とは、簡単なことだ。例えば、友達がころぶ。ああ痛かったろうな、と感じる気持ちを、そのつど自分でつくりあげていきさえすればよい。
この根っこの感情が、自己の中でしっかり根づいていけば、他民族へのいたわりという気持ちもわき出てくる。
君たちさえ、そういう自己をつくっていけば、二十一世紀は人類が仲良しで暮らせる時代になるにちがいない。
鎌倉時代の武士たちは、「たのもしさ」ということを、大切にしてきた。人間は、いつの時代でもたのもしい人格をもたねばならない。男女とも、たのもしくない人格に魅力を感じないのである。
もういちど繰り返そう。さきに私は自己を確立せよ、と言った。自分には厳しく、あいてにはやさしく、とも言った。それらを訓練せよ、とも言った。それらを訓練することで、自己が確立されていく。そして、”たのもしい君たち”になっていく。
以上のことは、いつの時代になっても、人間が生きていくうえで、欠かすことができない心がまえというものである。
君たち。君たちはつねに晴れ上がった空のように、たかだかとした心を持たねばならない。
同時に、ずっしりとたくましい足どりで、大地をふみしめつつ歩かねばならない。私は、君たちの心の中の最も美しいものを見続けながら、以上のことを書いた。
書き終わって、君たちの未来が、真夏の太陽のようにかがやいているように感じた。

Earth Pigs on the Wing

Good Morning, What a cool Monday morning to commence the regular days of the rest Year of Pig! The nine days merry Chinese New Year Holidays came to an end yesterday evening! It was another fruitful and joyful beginning of the lunar Year to mingle with family and friends to cherish the fortunate lives blessed upon us, to eat, to drink, to chitchat, to sing, and to dance! If I had a pair of wings, I would fly high in the sky across the countryside like the huge pink pig once did in Pink Floyd' album "The Wall"! 

Year 2019 is the Year of Pig. According to the myths, the Pig was the last to arrive when the Jade Emperor called for the great meeting. The term "lazy Pig" is due as the Pig got hungry during the race, promptly stopped for a feast then fell asleep. Be it the year of pig, we can't stay lazy to fall behind, we should be at alert to catch up upon what's been missed in the journey behind!

Year 2019 (jǐ己hai亥) , is the zodiac year of Earth Pig (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth) . Earth Pigs with the African Swine Fever have been the talk of town in Taiwan for a couple of months. Taiwanese government did very best to control tightly the import of swine products from China! I like pork, no matter what it is from, especially baked pig foot, very yummy!

Year 2019 is a new milestone year for me! In 2018, I saw no movies but Japanese ones, to focus upon the advance of Japanese language competency! I shall change, I shall watch Hollywood movies to learn new English jargons of modern smart phone days, and I shall open my eyes to Korean and Spanish movies to learn Korean and Spanish at the same time. In addition, I want to play piano again. So much of belated new year resolutions!

What do I say? I enjoyed wataching “Life of the Party” by Melissa McCarthy on Chinese New Year Holidays. It reminded me of the exchange student life at the International House of Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto from September 2000 till August 2001! Me, at age 45, had an amazing year to party through a year of non-stop drinking parties, birthday parties with a bunch of college kids from all over the world, not to mention attending countless toastmasters meetings all over Japan as the Charter President of Kyoto Toastmasters Club!

The words I picked up from “Life of the Party”, it is time I studied English on a regulary basis. I mean watch movies and study the scripts.

五味雜陳

狗年的年夜飯有了外國友人的加入，當然就很國際化啦！老公的二哥帶來澳大利亞的紅酒（Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz - Cabernet），二哥的女兒茹素，弟弟準備了滿桌鮮艷的素炒青菜（紅椒黃椒炒茭白筍、炒蘆筍、炒菠菜、絲瓜湯），搭配妹妹提供的香腸，我包的餃子，大黃瓜排骨湯，飯後外國友人拿出吉他，唱了幾首拿手的西班牙名歌，也是熱鬧非凡，開心的年夜飯。

新春期間豔陽高照，大街小巷都大聲播放年節的音樂，大家都天天有節目，初一走春；初二回娘家、發紅包；初三串門子！中午跟一位在寶藏巖長大的友人約在四號公園旁的義大利餐飲店午餐，聽了許多目前仍在職場打拼中生代的男歡女愛醋海風波的八卦，這世界還真是不安寧！家家有如鴨子划水，表面上是風平浪靜，一團安祥和氣，水裡卻是各自拼命，相互角力，各懷心機，青少年子女睜眼看失和父母假面夫婦的演技。原生家庭真是會影響一個人的一生，價值觀，生活態度，不一而足。

再談學習韓語這檔事，記得去年底，在慈安養老院的忘年會表演後的晚宴上，大家談新年新希望時，我說豬年要會唱二首韓語歌，結果竟開始學了韓語字母，因為不論是英文拼音或是用ㄅㄆㄇ注音學韓語歌，都覺得有距離不到味，於是一不做二不休，在網上學了韓語字母拼音，沒想到很快就上手了，但是要能流暢讀寫可是遙遙無期！誰知道，說不定那天我成為韓語達人，到文山樂齡學習中心免費教韓語！

皆さん、新年明けましておめでとうございます。去年いろいろお世話になりました。今年も宜しくお願い申し上げます。去年は本当に特別な一年でした。韓国語を勉強し始めました。大晦日の午後一時半から一時四十五分に、初めてNHKのBS101で韓国放送公社（한국방송공사）のバイリンガルニュースを見ました。韓国も旧暦の新年を祝うために、たくさんの人が帰省して、高速道路には台湾と同じ混んでる事を知りました。http://www.kbs.co.kr/

今週選ばれる書き写した京都新聞の凡語は『愛妻の日』です。にんまりして、後味はほろ苦い。今年も恒例の第一生命「サラリーマン川柳」の入選作１００句が発表された。昭和の終わりから平成へと時々の世相を映し、暮らしの一こまを軽妙に詠んできた。もともとサラリーマンが主役で、働き過ぎを嘆き、ＩＴ化の波に苦戦する中高年らの悲哀が人々の共感を呼んできた。ところが近年、脇役を演じる妻たちの活躍が目立つ。

きょうは「愛妻の日」。１月を「Ｉ（あい）」、３１日を「さい」とかけ、日本愛妻家協会が２００６年から「妻という最も身近な赤の他人を大切にする人が増えると、世界はもう少し豊かで平和になる」と提唱してきた。協会は「家庭寒冷化現象」を憂い、温暖化を呼び掛ける。ゆめゆめ＜コインより仮想に近い夫婦仲＞とならぬようご用心を。[京都新聞2019年01月31日掲載]

「愛妻の日」って、初めて聞いて、愛妻家協会が２００６年から面白いアイデアだと思います。一月の最終日を愛妻の日をして、夫は妻に対して、その日によりいっそう好意をして、円満な家庭を作ることです。「愛妻の日」であれば、バレンタインデーであり、夫婦仲良しということは、やはり毎日の日課です。お互いに尊敬し合い、助け合いの日々ではないでしょうねぇ。

今週皆さんと一緒にお読みしたいNHKやさしいニュースは２月４日１６時４０分『中国春節の長い休みに大勢の人が外国を旅行する』というニュースです。中国では、昔のカレンダーで正月の「春節」をお祝いします。今年は４日から１０日までが春節の休みです。中国の空港は、春節の休みに外国を旅行する人たちで混んでいます。旅行会社によると、中国の人に人気がある国は１番はタイで、２番は日本です。

去年日本を旅行した中国の人は約８３８万人で、今までで一番多くなりました。先月から日本のビザが取りやすくなって、今年の春節の休みも旅行したり買い物したりする人が多くなりそうです。家族３人で初めて日本を旅行するという男性は「鉄瓶やウイスキーのグラスを買うつもりです。景色を見たり、いろいろな人と話したりして楽しみたいです」と話していました。

台湾も同じ、旧暦で正月の「春節」をお祝いします。今年は４日（大晦日）から１０日までが春節の休みです。いまは、帰省するより外国を旅行する人間が大勢増えてきましたが、私は、やはり台北で家族と一緒に穏やかにお正月を迎えるのは一番だと思います。

お正月の日は、家でお昼に主人と縁起のいい茹で餃子を食べました。実家から伝承されてきたお正月の風習のひろつでした。午後、弟の家へ行って、韓国人の先生がいたので、お正月の外食をしようと誘って、お店がほとんど閉店して、結局マクドナルドでハンバーガーをご馳走しました。二時間も話し合って、過去の台湾の経済、今の世界の貧富格差、彼の音楽家の夢などについてのお正月話でした。

Good Morning! Today is the Chinese New Year Eve! Wish everybody a joyful family reunion dinner at home this evening! And wish everybody a happy and prosperous Year of Pig! February is short, only 28 days, with the Chinese New Year holidays falling in February, there are lots of celebration events, including countless spring wine parties, not to mention a Taiwanese Korean Friendship Spring Concert in the mid-February and a Taiwanese Okinawan Friendship Concert in Kumigami Village in Northern Okinawa Island in late February.

Yesterday morning, the first Sunday morning in February, I recorded three Japanese songs I’m about to perform in Okinawa in a sound proof room at Anima Music, a music shop right across the street from my apartment, lucky me to have a music shop in my neighborhood. Whenever I feel like singing, I can sing aloud! And it feels good to have a sound proof room all to myself. Now I have more confidence when I join the Karaoke contest in August this year because I can listen to my voice again and again in the sound proof room at Anima Music before singing on stage! After having new year special burgers for lunch at McDonald, Basilio and I enjoyed tea and Mont Blanc cake at a French Patisserie. Upon my request, Basilio sang Saranghe for the shop owner couple and an assistant. Basilio won a big round of applause from the kitchen! Then Basilio and I went to my brother’s place to finalize the proceedings of the Taiwanese Korean Friendship Spring Concert at Taipei City Library Jin-Xin Branch Saturday afternoon, February 16th. I like Chinese New Year Holidays, the most auspicious week in a year! People are exuberant and vibrant, always wearing smiles and greeting one another on the street even among strangers. In the last two years, I was overwhelmed by the people mountain people sea at the local market in Hsin-tien. The entire road is blocked for the convenience of the shoppers for Chinese New Year! After both my parents-in-law passed away, my husband decided not to go back to the countryside to spend the New Year Holidays to avoid the heavy traffic on the highway. For me, I like to stay in Hsin-Tien, my parents apartment is within 5 minutes walk from my apartment. It feels good to live near my parents even though both of them passed away. I can always remember my parents at their old apartment!

京都好博學

公元二千年，我以師大翻譯所研究生的身份前往京都立命館交換學生一年，期間走遍了京都的大街小巷，參觀了數不清的禪寺，三大祭典（葵、祇園、時代）也都躬逢其盛！京都的四季風情，帶領我穿越時空，神遊平代時代。其中，最值得回憶的就是在京都與日本演講會友（Toastmasters）一起創立京都演講會（Kyoto Toastmasters Club），明年京都演講會二十週年慶，當然一定現身，以創始會長（Charter President）的身份與新舊會友同樂，分享二十年來成長的喜悅。

在此向大家推薦由北師美術館與京都‧大學博物館聯盟共同策劃的《京都好博學！》特展，每天下午二點都有解說導覽！我聽過二次的導覽，各有不同，利用春節連假期間我將三訪北師美術館，再看看京都十四所大學博物館、二百多件學術研究與教學歷程的珍貴文物，大家有空就一起來逛逛，一定會收穫滿滿，敬祝大家新年快樂！

明天就開始放九天的春節連假了，準備到那裡去放空呢？我九天都會賴在家裡看書、練唱歌，當然也少不了與三五好友一起大吃大喝，過年就是要熱鬧！前二年公公婆婆還在世，過年一定趕回朴子，鄉下空氣好，跟親戚一起過年當然熱鬧是無法比！去年是婚後第一次在台北過年，初二第一次回娘家！今年是第二次在台北過年，老公不想回朴子，在高速公路上跟大家人擠人，我也就落得輕鬆！

一月底順利地提交了一○八年度文山樂齡中心自主學習團體申請表！從三月開始，每週二下午二點到四點，於景新分館九樓會議室，『為愛朗讀會』即將展開為期一年的自主學習活動，透過為愛朗讀會的運作，一方面刺激學員書寫的想像力，一方面提昇口語的表達力，為日常的生活品質添色加分。歡迎大家三月起，每星期二下午蒞臨景新分館一起來玩廣播，走進有聲語言的繽紛世界！敬祝大家豬年事事如意、闔府平安快樂！

前天（一月三十日）吃晚飯時，電話鈴響了，老公的摩托車上午才到板橋申請報廢，傍晚就有人來牽車了！老公有點不捨，跟了他上山下海十幾年的摩托車，雖說引擎沒問題，但車身已支離破碎，不堪使用！一向惜物的老公心裡難受，我也能感同身受，擅長修繕的他，定期都會保養他的愛車，到了最後不得不送終時，誰會不難過呢？當然也可能是在為自己感傷，因為今年邁入六十五歲的他，已決定不再買騎摩托車當代步工具了！生命不就是往前走，一個階段完成後，進入下一個階段，重新開始適應與學習。

昨天（一月三十一日）下午到文山區婦女中心上了第五堂韓國傳教士的發聲課，前一小時練習發聲，重覆練習頭腔共鳴，橫隔膜的呼吸，放鬆肩膀及頸部的美聲唱法。接著學習了大聲用力講悄悄話，用嘴往外吐氣的發聲方式。一條歌曲的演唱由橫隔膜往頭腔送氣後，在頭腔以拋物線的方式由嘴巴吐氣，帶出旋律到遠方。第二小時以韓語『사랑해我愛你』為練習曲，同時使用頭腔及胸腔共鳴！韓國傳教士示範美聲唱法，胸腔共鳴，及三管齊下時的區別。雖然美聲唱法已夠完美，但能配上胸腔共鳴的力道，更能注入及詮釋歌曲的情緒！

談到學韓語，由於認識了「訓民正音」, 星期二上午在麥田關懷協會寫春聯時，居然想像自己在練韓國字母，所有的吉祥話都變成韓國字母，任何字體都可以輕鬆上手，隔空感受到朝鮮王朝第四代國王世宗的心血，教導老百姓正音，解決文盲，難怪韓國人愛戴世宗大王，我也感受到他的恩擇。
