The Brown Sugar in Shanghai on the Moon Festival

Our schedule back to Shanghai was two hours in delay on Moon Festival, because one of our chorus members suffered severe toothache. She was in an urgent need to see a dentist to cure her dental root inflammation. Toastmaster Pamela was patient to wait for me to finish dinner with our tour members at nine o'clock.

After dinner, Pamela proposed many popular spots to for us to indulge in the gorgeous charm of the nightlife in Shanghai. Finally we settled for Brown Sugar in XinTianDi, operated by by a Taiwan Entertainment Group. It's a high-end live jazz club in Shanghai's fashion hub. With a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, Brown Sugar caters to the needs of customers demanding high quality live music fused with great design and gourmet food. Famous musicians, authentic European cuisine, and fine wine, Brown Sugar delivers a unique experience to all.

After five days tour in Southern China, including a concert in Ping-hu, a visit to Pu-tou Mountain, I finally arrived in Shanghai. It was such a treat to see the nightlife in Modern Shanghai with Toastmaster Pamela before I headed for home.
