I got up at 8 as usual. I thought of going to a social dance class this morning, but I need to join a lunch appointment next Wednesday, so I think I'd better wait till next month to join the social dance class.
After lunch, while waiting for Bus 909 at DaFeng Road, I saw only one swallow in the nest, all the rest were gone.
I arrived at DaAn Sport Center in the rain before 2, used the fitness center for one hour, took a shower afterwards.
I took Bus 906 back to XinDian, bought a box of beef stew for dinner at the market. After arriving home, I took a nap for one hour.
In the evening, I joined an online Toastmaster Magazine reading from 9:10 till 10:00, about the new recognition program, changes made to enhance the DCP (Distinguished Club Program) and DRP (Distinguished Recognition Program).
