Table 15 Toastmasters (Golden Ladies)

Lydia and Harry have been planning the wedding for their elder son Alan for a year. Finally the big day arrived. The new couple got married at the same church where Lydia and Harry exchanged the vows 31 years ago.

Lydia and Harry must be the happiest Toastmasters today. Harry gave a not-so-short speech at the wedding ceremony in the church and a longer speech (with a consecutive interpretation in English) at the wedding banquet. I could see how much Harry wanted to convey his hearty message to his beloved son on his big day. I'm sure Alan will succeed as much as Harry, if not more.

Three tables were reserved for Toastmasters among 400 relatives and friends. Table 15 was reserved for golden ladies by Lydia's amiable arrangement for her dear golden ladies sisters to rejoice with her in the honor of Alan and his lovely bride Jill.

It was a gracious and modish wedding ceremony and banquet Harry and Lydia gave to Alan and Jill. The words of Harry to Alan and Jill were touching. The entertainment program at the banquet was superb. Alan and Jill made the good use of the stage to perform a gorgeous ballroom dance together. Alan also sang a love song to Jill, playing guitar. If I knew the splendid banquet program, I would invite golden ladies to sing and dance on stage.

The interior design of the wedding venue was hospitable, from the reception area to the lounge area, an exquisite layout for banquet guests, young and old. The food and drinks were great! The waiters and waitresses were warm and friendly! Lydia was the most beautiful golden lady this evening. Harry told us secretly that Lydia had her secret on! What secret?
